Common Usage: It is highly useful for the treatment of insomnia (sleeplessness), It calms the mind and reducing the hyperexcitability of the nervous system, It is also used in gastrointestinal maladies like anorexia, dyspepais, worm and abdominal pain.
Dosage: 1 tablet/capsule two times a day after 30 min of each meal with water or as directed by your health care provider.
