We do not entertain refund or accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect, breakage in transit or tampering with product. There will be no refund if customer is not satisfied with the products after usage. No refund will be made if goods are rejected by customs or on account of failed delivery attempts. No refund is there if patient refuses to accept the delivery. Products will be replaced only in cases, if items delivered to the buyer, are different from our description (or prescription) of products. In case, buyer finds package is tampered or bottles leaking and broken, please do not accept the parcel and inform our Service Department through phone and email. In case of any kind of concern, our Service Department will reach out to you with a resolution within 24 hours.
